لا يقع الصلح إلا بموافقة جميع الدائنين ، ولا يجوز للدائنين أصحاب التأمينات
العينية المقررة على أموال المفلس الاشتراك في التصويت على الصلح بديونهم المضمونة
بالتأمينات المذكورة إلا إذا نزلوا عن هذه التأمينات مقدما .
