كل ما أجراه المفلس من تصرفات غير ما ذكر فى المادة ( ١٢١ ) من هذا القانون وخلال الفترة المشار إليها فيها يجوز الحكم بعدم نفاذه فى مواجهة جماعة الدائنين إذا كان التصرف ضارا بهم وكان المتصرف إليه يعلم وقت وقوع التصرف بتوقف المفلس عن الدفع .
