إذا آلت إلى المفلس تركة فلا يكون لدائنيه حق على أموالها إلا بعد أن يستوفى دائنو المورث حقوقهم من هذه الأموال .
ولا يكون لدائنى المورث أى حق على أموال التفليسة .
