تكون الإحالة إلى مجلس التأديب الأعلى بقرار من وزير الداخلية يشمل بيانا كافيا بأوجه الاتهام ويخطر به الضابط المحال على الوجه وفى الميعاد المبين فى المادة 58 وتسرى أمام المجلس باقى أحكام المادة 58 وكذلك المادة 59 من هذا القانون.
