دون اخلال بحكم المادة 16 من هذا القانون، لا يجوز نقل الضابط إلى وظيفة خارج هيئة الشرطة إلا بعد موافقته كتابة وبعد أخذ رأى المجلس الأعلى للشرطة، ويتم النقل على أساس المرتب الذى يتقاضاه فى هيئة الشرطة مضافا إليه البدلات الثابتة المقررة لرتبته أو درجته.
