يستحق الضابط أجرا عن الأعمال الإضافية التى يطلب إليه تأديتها، بالفئات ووفقا للقواعد والأحكام التى يضعها وزير الداخلية بعد أخذ رأى المجلس الأعلى للشرطة، وتبين هذه القواعد الحد الأقصى لما يجوز منحه للضابط فى هذه الأحوال.
