Article 117 of the Police Authority Law

الضباط الذين عينوا عن طريق الإدماج من رجال الإدارة بمقتضى القانون رقم 234 لسنة 1955 تسرى عليهم الأحكام الخاصة بالضباط ويمنحون رتبا نظامية شرفية ويتقاضون المرتبات المقررة للرتب الأصلية ولا يجوز بالنسبة إليهم:
(1) ارتداء الزى الرسمى.
(2) التعيين فى الوظائف ذات الصبغة النظامية.
(3) الخضوع لقانون الأحكام العسكرية.
