Article 108 of the Police Authority Law

يجوز بقرار من مساعد الوزير المختص إبقاء أى فرد من فئات هيئة الشرطة بعد انتهاء مدة خدمته مدة لا تجاوز شهرا واحدا لتسليم ما فى عهدته، ويجوز إطالة هذه المدة بقرار من وزير الداخلية بما لا يجاوز شهرين إذا اقتضت الضرورة، ويصرف له عن مدة التسليم تعويض يعادل مرتبه الأصلى.
