ينظم وزير الداخلية بقرار منه بعد أخذ رأى المجلس الأعلى للشرطة الخدمات الصحية والاجتماعية لرجال الشرطة وشروطها.
ولعضو هيئة الشرطة الذى يصاب بجرح أو بمرض بسبب أداء وظيفته، استرداد مصاريف العلاج طبقا للمستندات المعتمدة من الهيئة الطبية المختصة بعد موافقة مساعد الوزير المختص.
ويحدد وزير الداخلية بقرار منه بعد أخذ رأى المجلس الأعلى للشرطة المقصود بالهيئة الطبية المختصة فى أحكام هذا القانون.
