يصدر وزير الداخلية قرارا بتشكيل لجنة دائمة فى كل محافظة برئاسة مدير الأمن بها ،
تكون مهمتها وضع الإجراءات والتدابير الكفيلة بتأمين الاجتماعات العامة والمواكب والتظاهرات
المخطر عنها ، وطرق التعامل معها فى حالة خروجها عن إطار السلمية ، وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
