يجب على جميع المغازل إثبات كميات وأصناف ورتب القطن الموجود لديها فى
سجلاتها ، مرفقا بها بطاقة بيانات صادرة من الهيئة العامة للتحكيم واختبارات القطن
بشأن تلك الكميات والأصناف والرتب .
وللهيئة العامة للتحكيم واختبارات القطن ، فى حالة مخالفة المغازل للحكم
الوارد بالفقرة الأولى من هذه المادة ، الحق فى التحفظ على السجلات والأوراق المرفقة
بها ، وضبط الأقطان محل المخالفة .
