Article 45 of the Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors Law

يجوز بقرار من الوزير المختص حل مجلس ادارة الاتحاد اذا وقعت منه مخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون ويعاد تكوين المجلس الجديد خلال ستة أشهر من صدور قرار حل المجلس السابق على الأكثر.
كما يجوز حل المجلس اذا صدر قرار من الجمعية العمومية، بموافقة ثلثى الأعضاء على الأقل بعد اعتماد ذلك من الوزير المختص.
وعند حل مجلس الادارة يصدر قرار من الوزير المختص بتشكيل لجنة لتصريف أعمال الاتحاد وذلك لحين تشكيل المجلس الجديد.
