مع عدم الاخلال بأحكام قانون المحاماة والمرافعات المدنية والتجارية، لا يجوز أن يحضر عن أصحاب الشأن أمام خبراء المحاكم للمناقشة فى المسائل المتعلقة بالمقاولات الا الأعضاء المختصين والمقيدين بالجدول المعد لذلك بالاتحاد، وينوب هؤلاء عن بعض فى الحضور أمام الخبراء المذكورين، وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية تنظيم هذا الجدول وشروط القيد به.
