تبلغ قرارات الجمعية العمومية للوزير المختص خلال عشرة أيام من تاريخ صدورها.
وله أن يعترض على القرارات التى تصدر بالمخالفة لأحكام القوانين أو اللوائح المعمول بها، ويكون اعتراضه بقرار مسبب خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ ابلاغه بقرار الجمعية.
ولا تعتبر هذه القرارات نافذة الا بتصديق الوزير عليها، أو بانقضاء ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ ابلاغه بها دون اعتراض منه عليها.
