يرأس اجتماعات الجمعية رئيس مجلس الادارة، وفى حالة غيابه يرأسها أكبر نواب الرئيس الحاضرين سنا، ويجب أن يكون مجلس الادارة ممثلا فى الجمعية العمومية بالحد الأدنى لعدد أعضائه المقرر لصحة انعقاده.
ويعين الرئيس سكرتيرا ومراجعين اثنين لفرز الأصوات، وتوافق عليهم الجمعية العمومية.
