مع مراعاة أحكام المواد 85 و86 و87 و88 و89 من هذا القانون تحدد اللائحة التنفيذية المواد التى تدرس فى كل من المعاهد الإعدادية والثانوية الأزهرية، بناء على اقتراح لجنة من الأزهر ووزارة التربية والتعليم كما تحدد اللائحة التنفيذية شروط القبول والنظام العام للدراسة والامتحانات فى هذه المعاهد.
