الأراضى البور التى تمهد الدولة باستصلاحها إلى الأشخاص الاعتبارية العامة أو الخاصة تسلم بعد تمام إصلاحها وتعميرها وزراعتها إلى الهيئة العامة للإصلاح الزراعى لتتولى توزيعها على صغار الفلاحين وفقا لأحكام المرسوم بقانون رقم ١٧٨ لسنة ١٩٥٢ المشار إليه .
