يكون لحائزى الأراضى الصحراوية الفعليين الذين أفيت حيازتهم بالتطبيق لأحكام المادة السابقة الحق فى اقتضاء تعويض عينى وفقا للقواعد التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية أو تعويض نقدى وفقا لأحكام القانون رقم ٥٧٧ لسنة ١٩٥٤ المشار إليه .
