Article 26 of the State Private Property Lease and Disposal Law

يجوز لوزير الإصلاح الزراعى وإصلاح الأراضى أن يرخص فى بيع مساحات تجاوز العشرين فدانا من الأراضى البور أو خمسين فدانا من الأراضى الصحراوية غير المزروعة إلى الأشخاص الاعتبارية العامة أو الخاصة بشرط أن تتم استصلاح وزراعة ما تشتريه من الأراضى خلال عشر سنوات من تاريخ تسليمها إليها وإلا سرت بالنسبة إليها أحكام المادة ٢٤ .
وتلتزم الأشخاص الاعتبارية المشار إليها باتباع القواعد والأحكام المنصوص عليها فى المادة ٢٥ .
