تختص اللجنة القضائية للإصلاح الزراعى المنصوص عليها فى المادة ١٣ مكررا من المرسوم بقانون رقم ١٧٨ لسنة ١٩٥٢ المشار إليه — بالفصل فى المنازعات المتعلقة بتوزيع طرح النهر والتعويض عن أكله — وتكون القرارات الصادرة من اللجنة نهائية وغير قابلة لأى طعن بعد التصديق عليها من مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للإصلاح الزراعى . وتنفذ بالطريق الإدارى .
