Article 11 of the State Private Property Lease and Disposal Law

يكون طرح النهر من الأملاك الخاصة للدولة . وتتولى الهيئة العامة للإصلاح الزراعى حصر مقدار طرح النهر وأكله فى كل سنة وذلك بعد عمل المساحة بالاشتراك مع الجهات الإدارية المختصة بوزارة الخزانة والمحافظات وبصدر قرار من وزير الإصلاح الزراعى وإصلاح الأراضى أو من ينيبه بتحديد تاريخ حدوث طرح النهر وأكله وحصر مقداره سنويا ويودع هذا القرار مكتب الشهر العقارى المختص بغير رسوم . ويترتب على هذا الإيداع آثار الشهر القانونية .
وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية إجراءات الحصر والمساحة .
ويتبع فى تقدير القيمة الإيجارية وطريقة الطعن فى ذلك أحكام المادة ( ٥ ) .
