اعتبارا من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون تكون القيمة الإيجارية القانونية للأماكن المؤجرة
الخاضعة لأحكامه خمسة أمثال القيمة القانونية السارية ، ثم تزاد سنويا وبصفة دورية آخر
قيمة قانونية مستحقة وفق هذا القانون بنسبة (١٥٪) .
