مع عدم الإخلال بالأسباب الأخرى للإخلاء المبينة بالمادة (١٨) من القانون رقم ١٣٦
لسنة ١٩٨١ المشار إليه ، يكون إخلاء الأماكن المؤجرة للأشخاص الاعتبارية لغير غرض
السكنى وفقا لأحكام القانونين رقمى ٤٩ لسنة ١٩٧٧، و١٣٦ لسنة ١٩٨١
المشار إليهما بانتهاء مدة خمس سنوات من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون ، ما لم يتم التراضى
على غير ذلك .
