تسرى أحكام هذا القانون على الأماكن المؤجرة للأشخاص الاعتبارية لغير غرض السكنى
وفقا لأحكام القانونين رقمى ٤٩ لسنة ١٩٧٧ فى شأن تأجير وبيع الأماكن وتنظيم العلاقة
بين المؤجر والمستأجر ، و١٣٦ لسنة ١٩٨١ فى شأن بعض الأحكام الخاصة بتأجير وبيع الأماكن
وتنظيم العلاقة بين المؤجر والمستأجر .
