Article 4 of the Eviction of Premises Leased to Legal Persons for Non-Residential Use Law

يلتزم المستأجر بإخلاء المكان المؤجر ورده إلى المالك أو المؤجر ، بحسب الأحوال ،
فى اليوم التالى لانتهاء المدة المبينة بالمادة (٢) من هذا القانون ، وفى حالة امتناع المستأجر
عن ذلك يكون للمالك أو المؤجر ، بحسب الأحوال ، أن يطلب من قاضى الأمور الوقتية
بالمحكمة الكائن فى دائرتها العقار إصدار أمر بطرد الممتنع عن الإخلاء دون الإخلال بالحق
فى التعويض إن كان له مقتض .
