تلتزم الوزارة المختصة بالصحة بالتعاون مع الوزارة المختصة بالتضامن الاجتماعى والمجلس ببناء قاعدة بيانات خاصة بالأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة ، وتستخدم هذه القاعدة فى تخطيط تقديم الخدمات الصحية المختلفة وتنفيذها ومتابعة ذلك مع مراعاة سرية بياناتها .
