Article 38 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Law

تتخذ الدولة جميع الترتيبات والتيسيرات المعقولة في نقل الأشخاص المحتجزين من ذوى الإعاقة ، وتوفير كود الإتاحة في كافة أماكن الاحتجاز والسجون وجميع المؤسسات العقابية الأخرى ، ويكون تنفيذ العقوبات المقيدة للحرية المحكوم بها على الأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة في أماكن خاصة منفصلة يصدر بتنظيمها قرار من الوزير المختص بالإشراف على هذه الأماكن .
