مع عدم الإخلال بالسلطات المقررة للمحاكم وجهات التحقيق القضائية ، يعتد بما ورد من بيانات في بطاقة إثبات الإعاقة والخدمات المتكاملة ، بعد التأكد من صحتها ، عند اتخاذ أية إجراءات قانونية قبل الشخص ذى الإعاقة في مراحل القبض أو الاحتجاز أو التحقيق أو المحاكمة وذلك دون عرضه على أى جهة أخرى للتأكد من إعاقته المسجلة بموجب هذه البطاقة .
