Article 35 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Law

يكون للشخص ذى الإعلاقة سواء كان متهما أو مجنيا عليه أو شاهدا فى جميع مراحل الضبط أو التحقيق أو المحاكمة أو التنفيذ الحق فى معاملة إنسانية خاصة تتناسب مع حالته واحتياجاته .
ويكون له الحق فى الحماية والمساعدة الصحية والاجتماعية والمساعدة الفنية المتخصصة عند الاقتضاء ، ويجب أن يكون له محام يدافع عنه فى مرحلتى التحقيق والمحاكمة .
ويكفل له القانون كافة وسائل الإتاحة التى تمكنه من إبداء دفاعه على النحو الذى تنظمه اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
