يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز ثلاثة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف
جنيه ولا تجاوز عشرين ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من خالف أيا من أحكام
المادتين (٣٠ ، ٣٩) من هذا القانون .
