Article 81 of the Telecommunications Regulation Law

يعاقب بالحبس وبغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه ولا تجاوز مائة ألف
جنيه كل من خالف أيا من أحكام المادة (٦٤) من هذا القانون .
وتحكم المحكمة فضلا عن ذلك بوقف الترخيص مؤقتا لحين قيام المخالف بتوفير
المعدات والنظم وبرامج الاتصالات المشار إليها فى تلك المادة .
