تخفض التزامات مشغلى أو مقدمى خدمات الاتصالات بالقدر الذى يكون
قد تأثر به أى التزام عليهم كنتيجة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة لتنفيذ أحكام المادتين
(٦٥ ، ٦٧) من هذا القانون .
ويكون لمشغلى ومقدمى خدمات الاتصالات الحق فى تعويض مناسب عما يكون قد
لحق بهم من أضرار نتيجة إخضاع خدمات الاتصالات تطبيقا لحكم المادة (٦٧) من هذا القانون .
