العقارات اللازمة لها قرار من رئيس الجمهورية بناء على عرض الوزير المختص ، وذلك
طبقا لأحكام القانون رقم ١٠ لسنة ١٩٩٠ بشأن نزع ملكية العقارات للمنفعة العامة .
