لا يجوز لمالك العقار أو حائزه أو لكل ذى شأن فيه الاعتراض - دون مبرر
مشروع - على إقامة التركيبات والتوصيلات اللازمة لإدخال خدمات الاتصالات لشاغلى
العقار ، ويسرى ذلك على جميع الأعمال اللازمة للصيانة أو تشغيل هذه التركيبات
والتوصيلات مع مراعاة الالتزام بقواعد السلامة الإنشائية والصحية والبيئية .
