يضع الجهاز نظاما لتسجيل ما يأتى :
١ - أسماء المرخص لهم بإنشاء أو تشغيل شبكات الاتصالات ، أو تقديم خدمات الاتصالات .
٢ - مقابل الترخيص .
٣ - سعر الخدمات المرخص بها .
٤ - اتفاقيات الترابط المبرمة بين مقدمى الخدمة .
٥ - المعلومات الأخرى المتعلقة بشبكات وخدمات الاتصالات .
ولكل ذى شأن بناء على طلب كتابى الاطلاع على البيانات المسجلة المشار إليها .
