لا يجوز - فى جميع الأحوال - أن يتنازل المرخص له إلى الغير عن
الترخيص الصادر له بإنشاء أو تشغيل الشبكات أو تقديم خدمات الاتصالات ، إلا بعد
الحصول على موافقة مسبقة من الجهاز وفقا للشروط التى يحددها مجلس الإدارة .
