خدمات الاتصالات خلال مدد محددة بأقل من أسعارها المعتمدة ، وعلى المجلس إلغاء هذه
الموافقة فى حالة الإخلال بقواعد المنافسة الحرة أو بمستوى أداء الخدمة .
