يقدم طلب الحصول على أى من التراخيص المشار إليها فى المادة (٢١)
من هذا القانون على النماذج التى يضعها الجهاز مصحوبا بالبيانات والمستندات
التى يحددها وعلى الأخص ما يثبت القدرة الفنية والمالية لطالب الترخيص ، ويجب أن
يتضمن الطلب الأسس المقترحة لتسعير الخدمة وطريقة حسابها .
ويبت فى طلب الترخيص خلال مدة لا تجاوز تسعين يوما من تاريخ استيفاء طالب
الترخيص جميع ما يطلب منه من البيانات والمستندات وإلا اعتبر الطلب مرفوضا .
