يقوم الجهاز بإصدار التراخيص المنصوص عليها فى المادة (٢١) من هذا
القانون وفقا للقواعد والإجراءات المبينة فى المادة (٢٢) من هذا القانون والقرارات
المنفذة له .
ويحدد مجلس إدارة الجهاز مقابل الترخيص وقواعد وإجراءات اقتضائه .
