جميع المبالغ التي تستحق لذوي الشأن وفقا لأحكام هذا
القانون يحصل عنها عند الدفع مبلغ قدره جنيه عن كل مبلغ يجاوز عشرة
جنيهات مقابل رسم الدمغة والتوقيع على المستندات والعقود والأوراق المتعلقة
بتحقيق الملكية أو تلك المؤيدة للاستحقاق مقابل اعفاء . هذه الأوراق وغيرها
مما يقدم لهذا الغرض إلى الجهة القائمة بإجراءات نزع الملكية من جميع الرسوم
المقررة في سائر القوانين الأخرى .
