مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام القانون رقم ٥٩ لسنة ١٩٧٨ في
شأن إنشاء المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة والباب الثاني من القانون رقم ٣ لسنة
١٩٨٢ بإصدار قانون التخطيط العمراني . يلغى القانون رقم ٥٧٧ لسنة ١٩٥٤
بشأن نزع ملكية العقارات للمنفعة العامة أو التحسين والقرار بقانون رقم ٢
لسنة ١٩٦٣ بشأن نزع ملكية العقارات اللازمة لتنفيذ مشروعات تحويل أراضي
الحياض إلى نظام الري الدائم ، كما يلغى كل حكم يخالف أحكام هذا القانون .
