Article 21 of the Expropriation for Public Benefit Law

تشتري العقارات اللازم نزع ملكيتها جزء منها بالكامل إذا كان
الجزء الباقي منها يتعذر الانتفاع به وذلك بناء على طلب ذوي الشأن
خلال المدة المنصوص عليها في المادة (٥) من هذا القانون وإلا سقط حقهم
في ذلك.
ويتبع في شأن هذا الجزء جميع الإجراءات المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون
دون حاجة لاستصدار القرار المنصوص عليه في المادة (٢) من هذا القانون.
