يصرف نصف قيمة العقارات المنزوع ملكيتها والتي دخلت ضمن
مناطق التحسين ويودع النصف الآخر بأمانات طالبة الملكية إلى حين تقديم
ذوي الشأن شهادة من الجهة المختصة تفيد سداد مقابل التحسين عن هذه
العقارات.
