Article 22 of the Expropriation for Public Benefit Law

لا يدخل في تقدير التعويض المستحق عن نزع الملكية المباني
أو الغراس أو عقود الإيجار أو غيرها إذا ثبت أنها أجريت بغرض الحصول على
تعويض يزيد على المستحق وذلك دون المساس بحق ذوي الشأن في ازالة
هذه التحسينات على نفقته الخاصة، بشرط عدم الإضرار بالمشروع المراد
تنفيذه.
ويعد كل عمل أو إجراء من هذا القبيل بعد نشر قرار نزع الملكية في
الجريدة الرسمية أنه قد أجري للغرض المذكور ولا يدخل في تقدير التعويض.
