إذا كانت قيمة العقار الذي تقرر نزع ملكيته لأعمال التنظيم
في المدن قد زادت نتيجة تنفيذ مشروع سابق ذي منفعة عامة فلا تحسب هذه
الزيادة في تقدير التعويض إذا تم نزع الملكية خلال خمس سنوات من تاريخ
بدء التنفيذ في المشروع السابق.
