إذا زادت أو نقصت قيمة الجزء الذي لم تنزع ملكيته بسبب
أعمال المنفعة العامة في غير مشروعات التنظيم داخل المدن، وجب على
اللجنة المنصوص عليها في المادة (٦) من هذا القانون مراعاة هذه الزيادة أو
هذا النقصان في تقدير التعويض.
