Article 7 of the Innovators and Gifted Fund Law

تعفى عوائد الصندوق والتسهيلات الائتمانية الممنوحة له من جميع الضرائب والرسوم
ولا تسرى على الصندوق أحكام قانون ضريبة الدمغة ورسم تنمية موارد الدولة، كما لا يخضع
لأى نوع من الرسوم والضرائب المباشرة المفروضة حاليا أو التى تفرض مستقبلا.
وتخصم التبرعات الموجهة للصندوق من الوعاء الضريبى للمتبرعين طبقا للنسبة
المحددة قانونا .
