Article 59 of the Personal Status Litigation Procedures Law

يترتب على الطعن بالاستئناف فى الحكم القطعى الصادر وفقا لحكم
المادة (١٠) من هذا القانون طرح ما فصل فيه هذا الحكم على محكمة الاستئناف .
وحتى تصدر هذه المحكمة حكمها النهائى ، يجوز لها إصدار حكم مؤقت واجب النفاذ
بشأن الرؤية أو بتقرير نفقة أو تعديل النفقة التى قضى بها الحكم المطعون فيه بالزيادة
أو بالنقصان .
