للنيابة العامة بناء على إذن مسبب من القاضى الجزئى دخول المساكن
والأماكن اللازم دخولها لاتخاذ الإجراءات التحفظية المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون .
ولها أن تندب لذلك - بأمر مسبب يحدد فيه المسكن أو المكان - أحد مأمورى
الضبط القضائى .
