تستبدل عبارة “لمدير الأمن” بعبارة “للمحافظ أو المدير” الواردتين بالمادتين (8، 9) من المرسوم بقانون رقم 99 لسنة 1945 المشار إليه.
كما يستبدل لفظا “الشرطة”، و”شرطة” بلفظي “البوليس”، و”بوليس” أينما ورد ذكرهما بمسمى ومواد المرسوم بالقانون المشار إليه أو غيره من القوانين.
